Blog EntryShare events (effortlessly!)Jan 2, '07 7:38 PM
for everyone
With the holiday season still fresh in our minds, there's a good chance you recall recently attending a festive event of some sort. If you found out about it through Multiply (or perhaps even if you didn't), you already know the power of posting events on Multiply -- it's easy to notify a whole bunch of people at once.

We wanted you to be aware of a very small change we've made the way events are posted. As you may have noticed, the default notification setting for events used to be "No notification necessary," which would keep it from being posted to the My Multiply message board. Now "Post to the message board" is the default setting.

Of course, you can still choose either one -- but now, events are more consistent with all other types of posts, where sharing is the default. And since Multiply is about sharing, we're just saving you a step. :-)

Thanks! I've been wondering why I had to change it before. It didn't make much sense. Good change!

How about adding new feautre in calender such as repetitive event because we like to be reminded all the time about it such as anniversary and any other things. Thanks in advance

Nice change. Any word on whether Multiply is considering adding repeating-event and/or invitation-to-event capability?
