While your "My Multiply" message board is almost certainly the best way
imaginable to keep up-to-date with the latest posts from other Multiply
users to whom you're closely connected, it's conceivable that one may,
from time to time (but no more frequently, please!) go a day without
signing in to Multiply. And even if one does sign in every single day,
it's entirely likely that they'll miss something interesting posted by someone in their
network.
What You've Missed reports are a great way
to deal with this, and are perhaps the second best way (tied with RSS?)
to keep up with posts in your network... including the latest unread
replies to your own posts! And now, we've given the What You've Missed
reports a brand-new look.
The new look looks a bit
like this:

The reports also contain, as you
can see above, a new section at the bottom with quick links to
some of the most-used account settings, posting links for new content,
and (ahem) the latest staff blog entry. Just the important things.

As you surely already know, What You've Missed
reports give a quick look at the most
recent things you haven't yet viewed in your Multiply network...
whether
they're unread replies to your own posts, posts by your contacts, or
even
posts from others in your network! In fact, there's a dedicated section
for each of the above.
These e-mail reports are
sent to users as often as they wish (once daily, once weekly -- pick
your favorite day -- or not at all! What You've Missed, as well as
e-mail preferences in general, can be changed here.)
Hey, this is totally off-topic but I was wondering, could I delete a contact of mine? There's someone who's been bashing me and I want to delete her as my contact so I can block her off completely. I'm pretty sure I have deleted a contact before, but then a lot has changed in Multiply. Anyway, I would appreciate it if you could help me. Thanks. =)

After clicking "My Network",
If the feature to mouse over your contact is enabled, do it and remove accordingly.
Otherwise, view your Network as "Table, and act accordingly.
Following on from your small mention of "RSS", when I tried it, it seemed to show all items on my "My multiply" message board, not just the unread ones, so I don't know what's worth reading. Is that still the case? if so, is there any chance of just showing unread changes like, say, the gmail RSS feed. I don't wanna be all criticizing though, multiply's pretty awesome. Well done!

Hi! Thanks for your great innovations! But, can you work on a way that people in my network will know that new photos have been added to a current photo album? There are some pictures that belongs and matches the description to the photo album created before, and wouldn't it be useless that your "add photos" option in a current album wouldn't be announced in the bulletin section? thanks!
Hi! I'd like to make a suggestion that there be a checkbox next to the "Outstanding Invitations" with choices such as whether to revoke the invitation or re-invite them. It would be easier than having to revoke several invitations one at a time. Is this possible? Thanks!
i was thinking, could multiply add a chatbox into our blog? so we can stay in touch with friends & family. please mull on it cause it is a HIT right now. we don't want to miss out on it too right?
i wish multiply could fix the video function so we could have smoother streaming and no more waiting time for it to upload first. i've tested my videos on youtube, they're all very smooth streaming but when i put it on multiply, it's a totally different story. could you guys please improve it?
i really love multiply because it has an all in 1 function-blog, video, photo album & market.
I'm very glad that multiply evolves constantly... but there is a feature that I'm missing for some time... When will be localization be available? I can survive in a english based forum like site, but my thousands of brazilian friends - that don't speak english - can not, mainly because they just speak portuguese...
Is there a way to just cut and paste articles for posting in the blog area? Got plenty of previously written articles that would consume so much time if I rewrite them for my blog....so how do I go about it, anyone? helpppppppp!!!!!

Is there also a way to have just the new posts by contacts show up when I click on "(whatever number) new post by contact"? I always have to dig through my messageboard to find what new post was added to what. Otherwise, great work!
Did you just break user blocking? I still have someone listed as blocked, but today I can see their postings on a friend's notes, and going to their homepage (which I can now see) the "block this user" is no longer an option, while I have an "add this person as contact."

uhm.....congrats on the new look of multiply's message board but since yesterday morning all the entries on my board are the really old ones (from 2005) and I can't see any of my journal I've recently made. please help!

Until they do: add your photos, then write a reply saying something like: "Hi guys, I added some photos"; then they'll get a notification. Remember is has to be a REPLY; it doesn't work if you add to the description of the album.

The Multiply is, for the most part of us that are members, the best blog's host service of the internet. But, the more content we publish here and more our page attracts interest of surfers in the net, more lack we feel of a resource that is fundamental in any blog page: the possibility of visitors to leave comments.
The intention of this poll is to know of you, member of the Multiply, how much an option to unlock comments for non-members makes lack in your page. Please, vote and if possible leaves a comment.
