If you haven't tried out our premium account offerings over the years, you may not know what you've been missing. Those who have upgraded could probably attest to how great it feels to have more themes to choose from, extra customization options (CSS), and even higher upload limits. These were just some of the benefits of going premium.

Yes, were. As of today, everyone can experience this exquisite joy for themselves. Things that were once restricted only to premium account holders are now available to all Multiply members. And unlimited photos, music... and yes, even video uploads are now free for all!
If you were already a premium user when we made this change... thank you! It's only through the support of people like you that we were able to get to the point where a change like this would even be possible. We're sure you appreciate the fact that more people will now be getting more out of Multiply.
As our way of saying "thank you" to our premium users, you won't ever have to see advertising on Multiply, a benefit you may have already gotten used to. Additionally, you still have the ability to customize the right sidebar of your personal site... a great place for a short bio, a list of links (or "blogroll"), or other extra customizations. And, of course, you'll continue receiving discounts when you order photo prints.
In short, we hope this decision means positive things to as many users as possible, and makes it even easier to share your life with those you know.

I guess free users should say thank you to the paying users because in a way its because of the paying cutomers that Multiply can afford to do this, as the above quote clearly stated.
So I'm asking now, is there any new features offered only to paying users coming soon? Somehow I feel the lil extras now like advert free, right bar customization and discount on the photo processing is just not good enough...
I know I'm only have a Gold Account but what if I had a Diamond Account? A Diamond Account user pays more than a Gold Account user but still they privilages are the same? Or are Diamond Account users gonna get some other special benefits? Also is there going to be a new pricing scheme?
I hope there will be a much detailed explaination to all this....
p.s. If I cancel my subscription and just be normal user again, am I gonna be refunded?

I've been a Gold Account holder for some time, now, and really appreciate this site. I monitor it daily and contribute something at least every week. I appreciate the fact that you're doing something nice for your users. Thanks.

i love multiply. i got lots of free accounts here in multiply.
my question is that: You told us that there's no more upload limit especially pictures. Then why is it that i still receive an error message after clicking upload button "Maximum Upload Limit Exceded" ?

In early years back...it was a great pleasure to witness to see the gradual growth of Multiply website. You guys have been doing well i must say and this is where i was inspired and shared with thoughts...and flairs of others. I wasn't used to blogging culture but yet i enjoyed the design of the site.

it's plain to see that the response is overwhelmingly positive to this new change and after reading the latest message from the multiply staff on renewals, i have to agree that it's a great change. thanks. any chance that we could have back at least a "this page viewed" xxx times without all the detailed clutter?

I saw that you will remove high resolution originals after 6 months. Could you expound on that more. I don't quite understand what exactly you will do.
