So while we think all the fanfare is
justified, don't think we're content to sit back and stop creating.
We're always looking to give you even more reason to love us -- and
that's precisely what we've been up to.
We have a
bundle of new stuff to roll out in the coming weeks, and you'll likely
see a good deal of it here first.

you booted me, are you going to boot everyone else that has "x" rated stuff or just the outspoken ones. i sent you a letter about someone who was spamming and was earlier threatened by a girl who said she knew someone on staff and would have me booted. this morning i find out i have been booted.
Please have a look at our Terms of Service, particularly the "Content Posted on the Multiply Site" section. I'm not personally familiar with your case, but yes, we do frequently remove content and accounts that violate our terms of service, as we become aware of them. Until we become aware of the violation, naturally, there's not a lot that we can do.
If you have any specific questions about your account, please contact customer service.
Im new, ive only been with with Mulitply for about a week if that, I was wondering if they had the feature where you can put music on your welcom/home page. Is there a way to do that yet? And if so, how?
Multiply boy, you are just great. But we urge for COUNTER TOOL AND FILES SPACE. what is the big problem in adding this space more or even changing the "VIDEO" space name so that you allow us to host EBOOKS, DOC FILES, PPS, ETC

Can I suggest to allow the calendar to allow repeats of important dates such as birthdays and anniversaries so we do not have to re key in the dates all over again the next year?

NOT AGAIN, yet another bunch of useless modifications that will impose limitations to non-paying users, will mess up messages written in portuguese, make the e-mail modifications disappear... Why don't you guys take a life-long vacation and stop making a mess of what once was rated "great" and now is reduced to merely "acceptable"?

Seriously, we're thrilled that you're this passionate about Multiply, but to expect us to stop improving and expanding the service is asking a bit much.
Regarding the rest of your concerns, we're always glad to listen if you're willing to discuss these issues in a constructive manner. In the interest of keeping this thread on-topic, I'd like to point you to a couple of good places to do so -- customer service, which you may already know about, is the best place to report quirks and issues that seem as if they shouldn't be happening, and MUDS (the Multiply Users & Developers group), which is explained briefly in the right sidebar of this page, is a great place to discuss how Multiply 'should be' with the two aforementioned parties ('U's and 'D's).
Hi, I cant seem to use the Quick Search anymore, it has no option once you have typed in your search to go to it. Its driving me mad as i cant look for anything. Has the site had a bit of a make over? Thanks

I do hope that one of the new stuff is bringing the old stuff back. What I mean here is the link section. I do understand that tags are created to substitute the link, but tags are just links inside multiply. Personally I think link is important because it function just like a bookmark. And old members could have it, I hope new ones can have it too. Ü Keep up the good work multiply! I know you're doing everything for the benefit of all multiply users.
speaking of interface changes, i have a suggestion (unless that will be addressed anyway, by the upcoming changes):
it seems to me that private messages from people who are not in my contact list are not included in the "explore" view for "my contacts". now, i see how that makes some sense - however, i usually only view multiply in "my contacts" view, and thus miss the (occasional) private post by people who are not in my list.
i think it would be very neat to have a "my contacts + stuff that is sent to me, personally" view. that i don't usually see those messages is the major weirdness in the interface (the way i use it) that i know of, which is still left. (well, apart from the obvious race conditions with the "automagically growing thread view - those probably just can't be reasonably taken care of, even though they are puzzling)
All I would like to see is "MORE THEMES" or make it easier for us to create custom ones. I'm so bored of the same old 18 themes & 2 defaults we have to pick from. That means that with millions of Multiply users most everyone has the same looking pages.
Now on My Space and trust me I'm not saying it's better because Multiply is the king but at least you hardly ever see the same theme twice.

Been a user for a couple of months now and have seen the improvements already by having the non-paying features and the members only features consolidated and accessible for all users alike as a big improvement already...can't wait to see what more you can pull off your hat!

Multiply IS great, and they are making it better with every new release.
Just be sure you guys make backups of releases so that if the sort of thing happens that alexiskauffmann describes, you can revert back to the last working version.
Do you use any version control systems like Subversion?
since some of us created second (some even third!) multiply accounts when there still used to be a limit, maybe it's possible to add a new feature that allows us to import photos from multiply, too? since you already allow importing from other photo sites like flickr, yahoo, shutterfly, etc? i'm really hoping you'll be able to allow importing from another multiply account, too. =) please consider. thanks!
