We just secretly released a handful of new features... and now we're just dying to tell someone about them. (Come on, you know the feeling...)

So here's the low-down:

File attachments for blog entries -- When composing a new entry, feel free to add up to five attachments, of up to 20 MB apiece. (Click the paper clip icon in the blog toolbar.)
Easy image adding -- We've made it easier to add images to blog entries. Now, when you click the 'image' toolbar icon, you'll be able to add an image from a Multiply album, upload a new one, or even add one from elsewhere on the Web. (Even easily choose how you want the image aligned!)
Share protected content via e-mail -- If you've previously posted conent that isn't public and wanted to share it with non-members, there's a good chance that all they got was a preview. Now, they'll be able to view the entire posting via a unique link in the notification, without you having to make it public.
Easy invite link -- On your invite page, you'll find a personalized link you can use to invite more than one person to join you as a contact on Multiply. Use this to easily invite a group of people, but never fear; if the link falls into the wrong hands, you can always disable the old link and generate a new one!
New imports -- You can now import your existing blog from Xanga, or your blog, images (or both) from Windows Live Spaces.
Quick link home -- Your username, in the upper-right corner of every page, is now a link to your site. Makes sense, no?

Great new updates.. the best part for me was the flexiblity to align/arrange imagines in the blog entries. One more reason to love multiply.. :)

I did notice that whenever I try to upload pictures (click the Upload pictures link), my internet browser crashes, weather it be netscape or Internet Explorer. Could anyone help me?

Hmmmm .. Pic shows in summary blog on Site, but doesn't in the group. Wonder if that's a change.

YES - YES - YES - Being able to add attachments to the blog is a huge plus! These new features are aweome. The new frequent upgrades keep me a loyal Multiply user. One suggestion: add some new template themes.

Hmmm, I've noticed that no image from the blog post will be shown in the main page like it did before (1 image was added to the blog entry in the main page when it's configured to "Full Entries")... Is it supposed to be this way from now on?

All the more reason to love Multiply! You guys do a superb job at listening to people who actually use your service. I've seen one of the new features suggested by one member at MUDS and, whoa, we now have it! No wonder I've been updating my Multiply site whenever I get the chance. Thank you so much for your excellent work.

I'm now just waiting for that feature to *actually* delete files that you no longer need...

okay here's something tiny that I don't really like - when I wrote a blog post and uploaded an image, the tiny image preview that is normally shown at the main page (the summary) isn't shown. What's the deal? I love that tiny thing!

Não estou conseguindo inserir as imagens no blog.
Elas não aparecem! Nem nos grupos nem em minha página.
Também o arquivo que coloquei não deu certo: era um .pps

I am not obtaining to insert the images in the blog. They do not appear! Neither in the groups neither in my page. Also the file that put did not work: was a. pps. Sorry, but is a Free Translation.

I suggest you contact multiply and make them aware it's not working for you. They are very prompt at fixing glitches and replying to you about them also!!

Hi,

I cant get my blogs from Windows Live Spaces to import to Multiply.
Whenever I tried to login from Multiply to Live spaces, I just got thrown back to the beginning.

If not, Multiply is now the best compared to other services like blogger, xanga...etc

How come no image from the blog post is shown in the main page like it did before ??? There is no blog pix in homepage too??? And previously on my blog page... When I click on my image, it will show a bigger image... But now... All those are gone...
